flamboro downs has a plan available to suit your needs. Our all-inclusive packages include:

• Free parking and admission
• The all-you-can-eat buffet (featuring prime rib of beef) in the Top O’ The Turn Dining Room or Table D’Hôte Service in the Pavilion Restaurant Track Side
• Racing program
• Taxes and gratuities
• A race named in your sponsor's honour with Winner’s Circle presentation
• Public address announcements and daktronic board recognition
   

Plus, your group may qualify for $5 per person in added entertainment value!

Below is a sample of how fundraising works at flamboro downs.

GROUP DINING TICKETS

flamboro downs can supply your organization with personalized dinner tickets promoting your function. The group cost of the fabulous flamboro downs all-you-can-eat buffet dinner is $29.95 per person - and, includes everything previously listed above. Your organization can choose the resale price. For example, if you decide to sell individual tickets for $39.95 each, then your group would realize a profit of $10.00 for each ticket sold. If your group sells 100 tickets, your group earns a $1,000 profit. If 200 tickets are sold, $2,000 would be earned... and so on.

Again, you set the selling price of your tickets. The higher the charge, the greater the profit potential.

GROUP RACE SPONSORSHIPS

flamboro downs will provide your organization with 10 or more races to sell for sponsorship money. This means that your organization can use these races to sell to potential sponsors. Let's use Pepsi Cola as an example of raising funds in this way.

If your group sold Pepsi Cola a race sponsorship for $250.00, your hard costs from this amount would be two buffet tickets, or $50.00. The balance of $200.00 would be your profit. Based on 10 race sponsors, your organization would realize a nice profit of $2,000.00.

For their commitment, Pepsi Cola receives the two all-inclusive buffet tickets, a 2" by 2" program advertisement, a race named after their company, public address announcements and daktronic board recognition.

Again, sell these sponsorships for a price that best suits your needs. Then, watch how much money your day or night at the races and SLOTS will earn.
